Weststone Construction successfully delivered a comprehensive package of groundworks, sub-structure, and external works for the Acer Academy development. The project involved extensive site preparation, reduced level excavations, and earthworks to establish a stable foundation platform. Our team installed reinforced concrete ground beams and raft slabs, utilising high-quality formwork to achieve a precise and durable finish, with insulation and gas membrane systems seamlessly integrated to meet modern performance standards.

Externally, we completed hard landscaping, access routes, and surface treatments to enhance both functionality and visual appeal, while incorporating drainage and service provisions to support the operational needs of the site.
